Perfectly located in Burpham, West Sussex, Splash Farm Shepherds’ Huts nestle in the rolling countryside of the South Downs National Park on a working Dairy Farm.
Our new, beautifully cosy Shepherds’ Huts are the perfect base for those who want the countryside air, a walk to the local pub “The George”, or adventures on foot or bicycle. Located only a short drive to the beach and coast, for a paddle, swim or fish and chips!
Alongside our fully equipped main hut, ‘Tansy’, is our second hut ‘Ethel’. Smaller but perfectly formed with two truckle beds available as extra accommodation for children or larger parties. This hut has no kitchen or toilet facilities.
‘Tansy’ our traditional fully insulated tin Shepherd’s Hut comes with all the necessary mod cons and facilities, ensuring a perfect stay in the countryside. Plus, to get you settled in, enjoy complimentary homemade brownies and breakfast hamper included – croissants, butter, jam, cereal selection, yogurt, orange juice and fresh milk.

For avid ramblers, cyclists or riders after a night's stay we are always happy to drive you back up to the South Downs Way to continue your journey
One well behaved small/medium dog is welcome. £20 per stay. Please advise us at time of booking as we can provide drying robes for your dog to use whilst staying, so we get the correct size for your four legged friend

Sleeping maximum 4 guests (min 2-night stay)
Sunday – Thursday £160.00 per night
Friday – Saturday £175.00 per night
Weekly discount 10%.
There is also space to pitch one small tent.
£12 per night adults/youths and £6 for children under 10 years.
No charge for babies please bring your own cot etc.
Check in time is 3pm - 8pm. Check out time is 10am unless otherwise agreed.
Single occupancy is available as a writer's or artist's retreat.

Prices are based on 2 people, please order in advance.
Full English Breakfast (4 sausages, 4 rashers of bacon, eggs, bread and baked beans), these will be left in the huts on arrival, together with all the equipment for cooking yourself - £12.00
Afternoon Tea (2 scones with clotted cream and jam and a selection of home made cake) - £10.00
BBQ (cooking charcoal, 4 sausages, 2 burgers, bread rolls, homemade coleslaw and green salad) together with all the utensils you will need - £17.50
